Minimum Qualifications:  Graduation from an accredited school with at least a Bachelors Degree in psychology, a human services, criminal justice or related field, with two years experience with the delinquent population.  Extensive knowledge of adolescent development, behavior management and motivation is required.  Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in adolescent behavior management and motivation, coordinating services to best meet client needs, able to communicate well and establish working relationships between behavioral, clinical and other agencies staff, familiarity with performance planning, discharge/transition planning, and overall juvenile justice system.  Knowledge of typical adolescent diagnoses, the symptoms and manifestations, such as:  ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, Conduct Disorder, as well as the effects and manifestation of substance abuse on adolescent behavior is required.

Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely; ability to communicate effectively with suicidal, mentally, emotionally, and/or psychologically disturbed adults and/or children in person and over the phone; ability to maintain an effective working relationship with clients, co-workers, and the general public; ability to follow written and oral instructions; ability to enter and retrieve data from a computer system. Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, food management or related field.  Registered Dietician/Nutritionist in the State of Florida and registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Prefer two [2] years experience providing dietary services in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.  Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress related to working with persons have substance abuse and/or mental health issues. Must be detailed oriented and have excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities.  Must be able to use tools and equipment required.  Must be able to prepare palatable foods that are appetizing in appearance.  Must have knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling.
