Grounds Keeper/Lawn Care
This work involves the operation of various lawn care equipment. One is responsible for keeping the grass cut, keeping all vegetation neatly trimmed and presentable to the public. Person would be responsible for the operation of all equipment in a safe manner to ensure the safety of employees and the public. Assure that all equipment is kept clean and in safe working order. Must pick up the ground of litter as needed. Clean storm drains, curbing and use an edger when needed.
Qualification Requirements:
An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. There are no educational requirements for this position. A good working knowledge and understanding of the operation and maintenance of the equipment is required.
This is manual labor performing floor care tasks at an assigned facility. Individual must have a working knowledge, or be willing to learn about floor equipment such as but not limited to low speed, high speed, and wet and/or dry vacuum. Must also be willing to about chemicals, strippers, finishes, pads as it pertains to floor care. Must be wiling to learn about the process, procedures and standards as it pertains to floor care and specific contract standards.

This is manual labor performing general and detail house keeping tasks at an assigned facility. Removes trash and recycling, deposes in designed areas. Clean trash containers inside and out and replenishes liner. Vacuums all carpeted areas and rugs. Sweeps and/or dust mops and wet mops all ceramic and hard floors. Wet dusts and vacuums base boards. Cleans, sanitizes and disinfects urinals, toilets, stall partitions, sinks, vanities, fixtures, showers, walls, in rest rooms. Replenishes all soap, paper and plastic products. Sweep and mop floors. Washes windows, window sills, blinds/window coverings. Vacuum and clean furniture. Spot clean stains. Wet and or dry dust most horizontal surfaces, not touching work related or personal items on desks. Dust ceiling fixtures, air conditioning and return vents. Removes and disposes of litter in entrance ways, hallways, lobby and waiting rooms, outdoor sitting and recreational areas.

This is manual labor work performing general housekeeping tasks at an assigned Rest Area. Work involves performance of manual tasks used in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of a facility. Sweeps and mops all vinyl and ceramic tile floors. Cleans baseboards. Empties, cleans and relines waste baskets and sanitary containers. Cleans and sanitizes urinals, toilets, sinks, showers, wall partitions, fixtures and replenishes rest room supplies. Cleans office and storage areas. Cleans stall walls, top of stalls, ceiling fixtures, vents and other surfaces as required. Picks up litter in flower beds, surrounding landscape, entrance and exit ramps and picnic areas. Cleans foyer area, wipes down water faucets, benches, bulletin boards and newspaper racks.
