Reality House ReEntry Program

Adult Residential Treatment Services

We offer comprehensive services for adults in residential settings. From the time the decision is made to admit a person until he or she is discharged the person remains the center of our efforts. Our well-trained and highly-experienced staff respect the important relationship with their patient. We treat each of our patient's loved ones with respect and courtesy.  Stewart-Marchman-Act Behavioral Healthcare provides supportive housing for people requiring long-term sober housing to support recovery, and transitional housing for adults with a severe or persistent mental illness.

Project WARM (Women Assisting Recovering Mothers) is a long-term residential program for women who are pregnant, post-partum, or parenting young children. The women live on campus with their children under the age of six, and educational programs are provided for the children. Older children can visit overnight with their mothers on site on weekends.

Adult Intensive Residential Treatment Program - IRT SMA provides residential, gender specific programs for voluntary or involuntary individuals whose substance abuse/co-occurring disorders cannot be addressed in a less restrictive setting.  Residential programs range from six – twelve weeks in duration depending on the individualized needs of the client.  This program is licensed for 6 women’s residential beds, and 14 men’s residential beds.  Qualified clinicians and counselor aides staff the residential program.  Nursing services are available 24-hours per day, along with physician support.  These programs are co-occurring capable and provide psychotropic medication support as recommended by SMA’s psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Reality House is an 85-bed correctional residential substance abuse treatment facility, based upon a therapeutic community model.  It is the only therapeutic community of its kind in Florida housing inmates outside the walls of a prison. Reality House is a re-entry program for Florida Department of Corrections inmates.
